2. Transit & Delivery Timelines

• Once dispatched, standard domestic delivery typically takes 6 to 10 business days to arrive at your destination.

• Please note that delivery timelines are estimates provided by our couriers and may vary slightly based on operational conditions or remote locations.

3. Tracking Your Shipment

• Every order includes end-to-end tracking so you can monitor its progress. You may track your order at shopvorpal.com/apps/tracking.

• Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your tracking number for the courier's system to update the initial transit status.

4. Lost or Damaged Shipments

• If your tracking status shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, or if your package arrives damaged, please contact our support team at vorpalhq@gmail.com so we can initialize an investigation.
